A Celebration in Umbria

We’d love for you to join us in the Italian countryside for a few days of good food, great company, and questionable dancing as we tie the knot.

About Us

The Details

Flights

Guests are kindly asked to book their own flights. We recommend flying into Perugia (15 min drive to the venue) or Rome (1.5 hour drive to the venue). Transport will be organised - we'll be sharing more details on this nearer the time.

Accommodation

We’ll be sharing full accommodation details and options in due course, and we’re currently finalising the best arrangements for everyone. Once everything is confirmed, we’ll provide all the information you need to plan your stay.

Itinerary

Expect a relaxed welcome party on Thursday, the Indian wedding and Sangeet on Friday, the civil ceremony and reception on Saturday, and a farewell breakfast on Sunday. You can view the full itinerary below.

Wedding Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival & Welcome Party

Guests are welcome to arrive from midday. Events will kick off at 6 PM, please join us at Terrazza Tancredi for a relaxed welcome party with pizza, spritz, and gelato. The evening will wrap up around midnight.

Thurs 17 Sept

Day 2: Indian Wedding & Sangeet

The day begins at 10:30 AM with the Baraat, followed by the wedding ceremony in the castle gardens and an Indian lunch. After a break in the afternoon, please join us at 6 PM on the terrace for the Sangeet- an evening of food, music and dancing.

Fri 18 Sept

Day 3: Civil Ceremony & Reception

The morning is free to relax, explore or join the pool party. The civil ceremony will take place at 5:30 PM at the Annex, followed by cocktails in the Glass Veranda at 6 PM. Dinner will be served in the castle courtyard from 8 PM, with an after party to follow.

Day 4: Breakfast & Departure

Sun 20 Sept

Breakfast will be served at the venue for all on-site guests as usual. This isn’t a formal gathering, just a relaxed goodbye before everyone travels home. If you’re staying in a hotel nearby, you’re warmly welcome to stop by for one last hug!

Umbria’s historic capital with a medieval center, lively piazzas, and great cafés. Ideal for relaxed strolling, people-watching, and soaking in the region’s culture.
